Each of 4-bins of our cold aggregate feeder is fitted with a radial gate (easily operable by a hand wheel) and an auxiliary belt feeder. driven by a geared motor type box series gear box and an AC motor. Gate opening ones set as per aggregate size, then flow of each size aggregate is regulated from control panel by their motor speed control in auto mode according to desired set percentage of aggregate gradation in mix design. Side rubber skirt on auxiliary feeders prevents material spillage and closely spaced straight rollers really help to prolong belt life. A bin vibrator provided on dust bin wall ensures easy down flow of dust when wet due to moisture. Gathering conveyor driven by an AC motor through box series gear collects all four size aggregates from their respective aux. feeders and transfers the same on to single deck vibrating screen which rejects over sizes. A scrapper fitted at discharge end bottom of gathering conveyor keeps the belt neat and clean when wet dust sticks the belt.
Single deck type vibrating screen removes oversize material and feeds the remaining material to charging conveyor. Different sizes of screen can be provided for removing oversized material from different kind of mix.
High speed slinger conveyor throws the cold wet aggregate into pug mill unit. A load cell type belt weigher is mounted under slinger belt to measure aggregate flow rate which is displayed digitally in Tons/hour on the control panel. The conveyor belt is an important component in a stationary drum mix plant. All conveyer rubber belts are of M-24 Grade, 3- ply of standard make company like Dunlop or MRF.
Water Storage tank is fitted with best quality standard pump and flow meter with standard pipe to transfer exact quantity of water to the Pug-mill mixing unit.

KESAR Offers complete solution for storage of wet mix material. The mix discharge from pug-mill is transferred by inclined load out conveyor to mix storage silo with hydraulically operated clam shell gate to provide surge capacity while changing trucks and also controls any segregation in mix.
We offers complete standard solution for safety of Wet Mix Materials storage. The Silo is rigid, easy to erect and transfer. Silos are supplied with standard safety controls.
Electric control panel is fabricated from CRC sheet and processed duly powder coated with painting. The panel has feed master control, aggregate flow measurement system, which controls flow from individual bin, flow indicator. automatic synchronization of aggregate with water, and totalizer, printer for print out record of all parameters for an instant verify of formula, automatic controls with indication, metering for aggregate, input voltage, and motor load etc facilities are provided.
Plant Control panel is fitted in side control cabin which has glass windows for complete view of plant. It is completely weather proof.
